This is a great idea to share stories among the professionals in the nonprofit organizations. I have plan to hold this special event in the third nonprofit conference of the Beautiful Foundation in Korea.

I truly believe this is one of the most daring and successful ideas I have heard yet! So often, students advertise the successes of their work in terms of 'how many smiles we made' during their project, but fail to identify the short-comings and obstacles that hinder true development in each of their respective areas.

Hope no one minds when I use this as an example of constructive re-evaluation at my university.

Hi Katherine,
I'd love to hear more about how your event goes! I'm writing about the importance of failure in human endeavors for HarperCollins (U.K) and Simon & Schuster (U.S.). Would be great to speak off the record or for a full interview if you're interested!

This is exactly what my group needs right now. I don't know if I can get approval for it, but I can see how this would benefit us and all those involved in the future. Problem: no one wants to talk about the failures despite the fact that we could learn from them and gain valuable redirection.

I do hope this catches on.
