I truly believe this is one of the most daring and successful ideas I have heard yet! So often, students advertise the successes of their work in terms of ‘how many smiles we made’ during their project, but fail to identify the short-comings and obstacles that hinder true development in each of their respective areas.

Hope no one minds when I use this as an example of constructive re-evaluation at my university.

This is exactly what my group needs right now. I don’t know if I can get approval for it, but I can see how this would benefit us and all those involved in the future. Problem: no one wants to talk about the failures despite the fact that we could learn from them and gain valuable redirection.

I do hope this catches on.
